Novel Eyelash & Brow Lamination Solution No:3 – Moisturizing Serum (10 ml) is the third stage of the new generation Novel lamination system. With its formula that prioritizes hair health and its packaging designed for the most practical use by the technician, it completes eyelash and brow lifting & lamination applications with a powerful care step.
The 3rd exposure is designed for moisturizing and nourishing . The waiting time is 5 minutes . Novel's new moisturizing serum formula, developed for lamination, provides intensive repair and protection of lashes after the 1st and 2nd exposures in lash lamination.
The formula is enriched with a 5-mineral complex , a component proven effective in repairing hair structure: zinc, copper, magnesium, iron, and silicon .
This unique mineral complex strengthens the hair structure, replenishes it with nutrients, smooths the cuticle, and gives lashes and eyebrows an impressive shine .
Novel serum also contains high concentrations of panthenol and hydrolyzed keratin . Hydrolyzed keratin repairs damaged areas in the hair and smooths the surface.
The keratin in Novel L serum works from both the outside and the inside; it penetrates the hair structure, helping to create a denser structure.
Panthenol helps repair hair damage, creates a protective film to add volume , nourishes, moisturizes, and stimulates growth.
The product has a water-oil based consistency. It effectively dissolves adhesive residue and cleans the eyelashes.
